Register, then verify your email using the message in your inbox. Your Bastion account signs you into the website and launcher.

Returning player? Use your existing Bastion identity. Reset your password if you need access.

2Create a game accountThe home for your in-game charactersNext

Open Game accounts and choose Create game account. Game accounts hold your characters; your Bastion account brings them together.

Existing accounts should already be linked. If yours are missing, keep your existing identity and ask staff for help.

3Install and sign into the launcherWindows · browser sign-inTo do

Use your own compatible EverQuest installation. Install the Bastion launcher and select your game folder when prompted.

Download the Windows launcher

Open the launcher and choose Account / Sign in.
Complete sign-in in your browser, including your authenticator if required.
Approve the launcher request, then return to the launcher.

Choose your game accounts in the launcher's team view, select your sessions and launch the game. Complete browser approval if prompted. Create or select a character to begin playing.

Once your character is saved, choose it in the website's Viewing as menu to compare equipment and explore the Library.

A little help along the way.

Remember me or trust this computer?

Remember me keeps your launcher sign-in. Trust this computer can approve future game launches on that device. Use trust only on a computer you control; anyone using it may be able to launch your accounts.

The browser opened, but nothing happened.

Check for a browser window behind the launcher. Finish sign-in and approval there, then return to the launcher. The callback page tells you when authorization has been received.

I did not receive my email.

Check spam and the address you registered with. Sign in to resend verification. If delivery still fails, contact staff; do not create another account to recover an existing one.

My old game accounts are missing.

Sign into your original Bastion identity and check Game accounts. Staff can investigate existing ownership links. Creating a new identity will not bring your old accounts across.
