- Clear the zone before the pull; the initial call can bring surviving enemies to the main target.
- Collect the nightmare minions summoned at 70% and 40%.
- Prepare for fear casts at 60% and 30%.
- Players within 60 units take a scripted terror pulse every forty seconds.
- Slashing, two-handed blunt and one-handed piercing attacks gain increased effectiveness at 50%, with a larger vulnerability at 20%.
