Switch all damage to the surgical constructs while Zlandicar is protected.

  2. 40% health

  3. 20% health

    Final procedure

Warnings arrive more quickly. Clear the final corpse before committing to the boss.

Field notes

Encounter guide

  • Shared Incision: stack within twenty-five feet of the marked player before the eight-second warning ends. The damage is shared by the players in the stack.
  • Septic Burst: move more than twenty-eight feet from the marked player before the eight-second warning ends.
  • Lobotomy: the marked player must stop casting before the eight-second warning ends. Casting at resolution causes an interrupt, silence and damage.
  • At 70% health, Zlandicar becomes untouchable and summons surgical constructs. Destroy all constructs to expose him; allowing the seventy-two-second operation to time out heals him.
  • At 40%, risen corpses begin restoring his health every eight seconds. Kill them promptly.
  • At 20%, the warning rotation accelerates. A final priority corpse appears if none remain, so keep add damage available during the burn.
