Encounter guide

Clear all twenty designated island creatures to summon four phoenix firesurgers.
Defeat the four firesurgers to summon four windsurgers. Defeat those to bring out Melernil or the cooldown replacement.
Melernil may clear hate every twelve seconds. Prepare tanks to regain control throughout the final fight.
Victory can summon the Avatar of Mist. The event has a three-hour failure timer.
