Encounter guide
- At 98% health, the first abhorrent hatchling appears; another can spawn every thirty seconds while the Matriarch remains engaged.
- Assign someone to gather the hatchlings away from vulnerable group members while the main tank holds the Matriarch.
- Finish the boss before the recurring adds overwhelm the group. Each summoned hatchling has its own five-minute cleanup timer.
