Field notes

Encounter plan

  • Eggs arrive on a repeating timer and hatch into six drakes if left for a minute.
  • At 76% health, incorporeal shadows begin spawning. Killing one creates a lifedrain shadow and increases that new shadow's melee strength.
  • At 51%, the fight adds another cloud and activates the corrupted drakes.
  • At 26%, Vishimtar applies doom curses and becomes locked at 25% health. Cursed players must tell a mournful spirit 'shoulder my burden' to remove their curse and lower the lock by one point.
  • An uncursed player can consume a spirit without lowering the lock. Two minutes out of combat resets the encounter.
