Crossing 45% health starts a twenty-second volley check. A successful check casts random arrow spells at random members of the hate list.
The scripted branch handles hate-list sizes from one to six and makes that many target selections. Targets are selected independently, so a player may be hit more than once.
Healing above 45% stops the volley timer and allows it to be armed again on the next downward crossing.
