Quick reference

1. Start with the role you enjoy

Think about whether you prefer protecting a group, healing, controlling enemies, dealing damage or supporting other players. The class cards below are a starting point; Bastion-specific build and balance advice belongs in the staff recommendations.

2. Look before you commit

Open the Library to review class-restricted spells and equipment. A character's level, race, deity and item restrictions can all matter when comparing a build. Your first character does not need a perfect endgame plan.

3. Build a party around people

Use the character directory and guild pages to find players. Ask about the roles a group needs, then choose a style you will enjoy playing.
